I am Pastor Ali Tote, and I am blessed to serve the beautiful congregation of Resurrection Lutheran Church. I am also an epidemiologist with a passion for health promotion and disease prevention. Throughout history, the church has always played a significant role in health education. Today more than ever, with the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the church is called to do what she does best, help with health education so that we can help slow down this pandemic. Everyone has an important role to play from clergy to lay leaders to every single member. The world needs our faithful response to this epidemic as well-informed people who trusting in God’s care and providence, act as co-stewards with others of the world. May God lead and guide us!
